Reach Heart Level 10 First
Before you can craft anything, you need to max out your relationship. Raise your chosen romance candidate all the way to Heart Level 10 — the top of the affection scale. You get there the usual way: talk to them daily, hand over gifts they love, and keep showing up at festivals and events.
There’s no shortcut here, so plan ahead. Learn your partner’s favorite gifts early and stockpile them, because the last few heart levels take the most patience.
